ALIGN Sprint™: Tools for Fast Team Alignment
Curated by Adult Educator – Aishah Hamid
This 4-hour LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop is a hands-on session designed to help teams align quickly, cut through misunderstandings, and leave with clear next steps. By building and sharing ideas with LEGO® bricks, every participant contributes equally, ensuring all voices are heard. The team then combines individual models into one shared vision of success, which forms the foundation for deciding on the top three priorities that everyone agrees on. From there, participants create a simple action plan with clear owners and timelines. The workshop doesn’t just stop at planning, it strengthens team communication through open sharing, fosters stronger trust, and builds collaboration in just half a day. The session closes with photos of the models and a clear action summary that the team can take forward. For organizations, this workshop helps reduce misalignment, speed up decision-making, and establish a more united way of working. It is suitable for leadership teams, project groups, and cross-functional squads that need to get results fast.
